I use to do cardio every morning, but realized after years of doing it that I had a lot more energy in the evenings. Now, I do all my cardio in the evenings unless I know I won't be able to get it in, then I do an easier one if I have to do it in the morning. Thanks for the info on the energy drink. Guest guest
hi michelle, my dad apprietiates the well wishes. he is surprised the support you guys give here. i drink two kind of energy drinks. there is one called rush energy lite. its no calories,no carbs,no sugar. they sell them at my kroger sometimes for 89 cents(which is when i stock up) they are only 8oz cans but perfect in the morning since i don't eat before cardio first thing in the morning. the other is the low-carb monster energy. a larger can so i get more caffiene. a bit more expensive(about $2 a can) so i don't get them often but can get them on sale 2/$3. both are pretty sweet, the rush drink taste like a fruit punch soda while the monster taste fruity but much sweeter. the only other one i would drink besides these two is the sugar free sobe drink. i usually down them even though its hard b/c of the carbonated water. i know they aren't the greatest thing b/c of the caffiene but some mornings i need something to help pump me up. i am trying to do cardio in the morning as per requested from a book i read.being my own guinea pig. besides these have some vitamins in them so its not all that bad. kassia fitgrl222@... wrote: Hi Kassia, Great workouts!!! how are those energy drinks? do they taste good? do they help with hunger cravings?
