Guest guest Posted June 22, 2006 Report Share Posted June 22, 2006 Hi, This morning I tried out my new Yoga workout with Janis Saffell. I love it!! It's not hard at all, but I made it harder by doing up dog when she does baby cobra and jumping up to stand instead of one foot then the other. I really like Janis. Her voice is nice and she's a wonderful instructor. I previewed the pilates workout, but I just can't see myself liking it. I might give it a try before I sell it off, which is a pretty good bet I will. Her yoga is definitely a keeper in my yoga collection.
