Guest guest Posted March 6, 2006 Report Share Posted March 6, 2006 Hi, This morning I done Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders & Triceps. I love this series! I can go heavier on the weights because the reps are low so I get a real burn going. I usually can never go as heavy as I think I can lift with most other workouts because they do too many reps... so this workout is perfect for those times I want to see just how strong I am. After the workout I walked our two beagles and wore my HRM just to see if I'd burn anything. I walked a pretty fast pace and I was surprised that 28 minutes I burned 106 calories. I've always wondered if I burned much by walking them. We usually walk them in the afternoon after supper (we walk much slower then), but the weather is so crappy here and doesn't need to be out in this right now. We usually pull her in a wagon whenever we walk them which is usually everyday, she loves it!!! That's why I can't wait for warmer weather then we can just take off with no coats or anything.
