, I really like this workout a lot! As others have said, it isn't necessarily a beginner workout like Walk Away the Pounds are - I did the level 3 options for most of the workout and it was a lot of fun mixed with some good old fashioned sweat! Plus I just adore Ms. Dozois as an instructor. This is definitely a keeper for me!It's not the hardest floor aerobic workout ever by any means, but still a good intermediate one at any rate!
