Guest guest
Hi , Good for you for getting your workout in. Sometimes it is just what you need to boost your energy level. I hear you on having to do something you don't like to get results. My problem is that I need to eat better and be more focused on eating healthy foods and keeping my calories down. That is the *hardest* part for me, but the only thing that gets me the results I want. I can exercise until the cows come home - I love it - not so good with food, though. Take care, Donna --- Bill and W <modgirlreporter@...> wrote: > I bit the bullet and did Austin's " Burn Fat > FAST " which is a half hour of cardio and a half hour > of weights and really works the whole body.
