Guest guest
Oh, how frustarating Donna. I think attempting to stick w/ morning workouts sounds like it will work the best. Try to hold hubby to what he said.... On the weekends if either of my boys wake up and dh is home I ignore them comletely. If I'm in bed, it's always me to get up with them, so I figure he can get up with them if I'm working out. I agree, interruptions SUCK!! LOL.. I have come to the conclusion that if I don't get ALL of my workout done in the morning, still some is surely better than none. Today, I didn't get up until 6:00 and I had it about 2/3's done before Sawyer got up (my oldest). It's a great feeling, as long as I can get at least 30 minutes done getting up early is surely worth it. Some days though it is darn near impossible for me to get upearly though depending on how Bryar slept the night before. I've been doing so motivated and doing very well lately I have also kept up with my water, how about you? I hate going to the bathroom constantly, but maybe this bod will get used to it. Today my rings were about falling off of me, the first time that has happenned..hmm..EVER.. I am sure it has to do with my water consumption and not retaining the water instead. Okay, enough rambling..DarcyOn 3/2/06, Donna M-P <donna112520@...> wrote: what is a paczki? I'm curious!! If you had it ontuesday, you're okay - wed was the start of the challenge.I made it through Day 2 so far and i " m sooo tired thatI " m sure I'll go to bed when my DD does so that willeliminate any temptation for me. I don't think i'mgoing to be able to stick with an exercise routine where I can't workout until 9:00 p.m. most days of theweek. I think I'm just going to live with the a.m.interruptions - and if my DH can and does help out andwatch her in the morning - great - if he doesn't - it will be and Clifford in my workout roomwith me.I might still take the mornings off on Friday, Sat & Sunday (and fit my workouts in during nap times) tosee if I can get her to sleep later. If not, she'll be with me Monday a.m.! LOL!I'm just not up for something very demanding at 9 p.m. I could probably do something gentle, and maybe, possibly a pure strength training workout, but I can'tsee gearing myself up for cardio.
