I look forward to trying it myself just to see if I get the burns. Thanks for the warning that it seems to take forever! I really liked the Precision Toning tape I did this week, but the half hour workout seemed long, only because I was in pain. I really did like the workout. I can see what you mean though getting sick of someone counting. She could have just counted the last three counts or something. I am still REALLY sore from those 4 back to back gym classes! Today I'm simply going to look over R3 (only got through half of it yesterday due to constant interruptions) and write down the choreography, as I have to teach it on Saturday. Yikes!
