Well I didn’t do bad this week. We instituted a family

change due to stressful bedtime and now we take 30 minutes physical activity

after dinner. We walk or kick a ball around or dance or whatever – since I

have a 3 year old and 2 6 year olds it isn’t great activity for me but it

is something. And it makes it easier to get kids off to bed. We’ve

also been practicing on the bikes and those who have run behind a child trying

to ride a bike know how great exercise that can be. Personal exercise

time has been mostly yoga but I also did Yoga Booty Ballet on Thursday and Saturday

– I’m enjoying this so far. If I have time today I’m

going to make up a July schedule. We’re planning on taking the kids to

the stables to ride a pony (the oldest ones want to take lessons, but the

stable has a time on Sunday when children of all young ages can take a few turns

around the yard on a pony. I figure we will see if they enjoy this and if they

are scared of the horses (seeing a horse in person is different from a pony or

in a picture) Anyway if I get a schedule done as well I will post it

later today.
