LOL So I settled for weights and yoga back to back with no rest for a total of 50 minutes. So far. When it cools off, we'll probably take for a walk and that'll be another 30 minutes or so but none of us needs to go walking right now. <wiping sweat off brow> I'll tell you something, though -- in spite of the heat or maybe because of it, I do love doing yoga in the summer. I take a blanket out under a tree or do it on my mat on the deck and it's so much nicer than doing it in the house (even if the next-door neighbor always looks at me as if I've joined a weird religious cult -- but she's only teasing).
