Guest guest Posted May 23, 2006 Report Share Posted May 23, 2006 Hi, I didn't to what I planned - Muscle Endurance - as I woke up late (my ear was killing me last night and I couldn't sleep - now I know why kids are so miserable with ear infections!) so I did a quickie - Cathe's Push/Pull from the Body Blast series. It is only 45 minutes long, so good for time crunches - it also hits everything, albeit, not as hard as in Cathe's other workouts. I do like it though, because she does some different exercises, uses a stability ball and adds some balance challenges. Anyway, off to work and to call a dr. about my stupid ear! Take care!
