It seemed like it took forever to complete all three body parts (1 hr and 20 minutes) I can tell I have done heavy upper body in a while, my muscles were fried!! I will be so surprised if I'm not super sore tomorrow. I hope you all have good days today
Guest guest
Hi , I actually liked this one, too. To each his own! BTW, has anyone heard from Kassia? I miss her posts! Guest guest
Hi, This morning I done Better Body & Buns. I really like this one. It's a typical Firm, but different in the way that they do the abs first and I got a nice burn. I didn't go very heavy on the leg presses, I hate those and I think they bulk your legs up, so I stuck with 10's. I wore my HRM and only burned 213 calories and was only in my zone 25 minutes. So this workout isn't big on the calories, but a nice lower body workout. It's a keeper!
Guest guest
I love this workout too . I make modifications too when they put on the ankle weights. I don't just put one on, I put the weights on both ankles and keep them on during the whole floor series. Kathy -------------- Original message -------------- From: fitgrl222@... Guest guest
, Yes, I do enjoy the stretch!fitgrl222@... wrote: In a message dated 2/15/2007 9:31:30 A.M. Standing legs is a tough one and its a good one to get your heart rate up there too. I always dread doing this one, but always happy once I get it done. Don't you just love the stretch at the end though? *~**~*
