Guest guest Posted March 30, 2006 Report Share Posted March 30, 2006 Hi! I'm not quite sure what my April plans are - first and foremost should be working on cleaning up my eating. I've done decently this week, but I " m not eating well - I've had cereal for dinner two nights this week b/c I was too tired/late getting home to cook or eat anything " real " *SIGH* As for workouts, I have two weeks left on my Pure Strength rotation which will take me into the beginning of April. Then, I'm not sure what to do. I was thinking of doing Cathe's Cross Train Express series for two weeks - (I have to see which ones I have and which ones I would need to create substitutes for since I have acquired them piecemeal) Or I may do some of Cathe's total body workouts or the pyramids. Or, I may go for the Turbo Jams.....(i'm sure some of teh new TJ's will make it in to any rotation I decide on!) It is so good to see you, . I wanted to mention that Darcy and I started a new group and we would love to have you over there - it is FITNBUSYMOMS at . (anyone else is welcome, too!) We started it basically so we can have some of our " OT " mom talk over there without clogging up this list too much with our topics! Hope you will join us there!
