Guest guest Posted February 13, 2009 Report Share Posted February 13, 2009 SPROUTED BEAN AND SPROUTED RICE SOUP We ordered beans from .com and they came in this week! We just had our first sprouted bean and sprouted rice soup, inspired by the group. We added onion, garlic, coriander, ginger, parsley, carrots, celery seed (ran out of celery). It was delicious! I was looking for a cajun sort of taste, but ended up with something else that was delicious! Next to try is fenugreek sprouts. So a question for Ernest- I was think of adding some fenugreek seeds to the FreshLife sprouter, along with my usual wacky mix. Have you done this or do you sprout them alone?
