Guest guest Posted March 28, 2006 Report Share Posted March 28, 2006 I wore ankle weights a couple times for lower abs and wow did I feel a burn. I think weights really is the key to getting them to stick out and of course a lower fat diet. I think I get the best ab workout on my stability ball. I get that burn almost immediately. I am trying out the DVD I got called Look Great Naked Abs. I'm not all too impressed with it by previewing it, but I'm going to give it a try. I know there is one thing about this DVD that I noticed..... it's one guy and 4 girls in the back and all 4 girls look like they are play boy playmates. They are all wearing really tight shirts with tons of lip stick and they all look like they have breast implants.
