Weigh-in: Monday May 22, 2006

LAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 207.8

THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 206.6

LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: LOST 1.2 lbs this week

MILEAGE (based on 1 mile = 15 mins): 16 miles approx.

TOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE: 240 minutes

GOAL WEIGHT: 120 lbs

I lost weight this week, YAHAAA FOR ME! Our pool

opens this weekend so that will help to motivate me to

workout (swimming) that is and if the weather keeps

this up (70's 80's in Michigan) that will do A LOT to

get me outside and working out. Oh AND my co-ed 4's

sand volleyball league starts this Friday Yipee!!!
