New drug Abilify vs Respidal??

Have any of you heard of Abilify? It was just FDA approved in late Nov. or

Dec., is in the same group as Respidol, but less side effects, like the weight

gain issue.

Our Ped. just put our son on Respidol today, would not do the abilify since it

is new :-(

Anyone familiar with Abilify?
