a, congrats on Day 2 of 19 not drinking! I made it 3 days, slipped, but am back on track and am proud to say I've lost 7 lbs on the Turbo Slim Quick Start diet so far! I plan on doing it longer than the 10 days to make up for that discrepancy . It's not like you're starving or anything by the end of the day, so why not? After that I'll look at the menu of other items in the Turbo Jam book and incorporate those in. You can do it! As Beach Body says: Decide. Commit. Succeed.
