Guest guest Posted June 20, 2006 Report Share Posted June 20, 2006 Today was weight day so I did Mix It Up with Debbie Siebers. I haven't been feeling quite up to snuff so I went down to using 8lbs and 5lbs but still got in a good workout. Belly still isn't great, but at least it held out until I got my workout in! My DH is down to drinking diet ginger ale and eating mashed potatoes and Cream of Rice cereal. He's been needing to lose weight, I am hoping this gets him on the right track.
