Friday evening workout

I didn't think I'd be able to get a workout in tonight, but I did. I done Step Blast warm up, Step, Jump & Pump (all 4 step combo's) Step Blast combo's 2 & 3 and SJP planks and stretch. Nice 50 minute workout. I burned 346 calories.

DH works tonight so he will be sleeping most of the day tomorrow so I might do my workout tomorrow and take my rest day Sunday.
