Way to go, ! That's what I find so rewarding in yoga; you keep trying and then you can actually do it and hold it. For me, the success is more measureable somehow - when you're in plough for example and your toes *finally* touch the floor behind you and your tummy isn't in the way as much - that for me is more rewarding than simply picking up a heavier dumbell or doing more reps. Let us know when you can do it as long as Rodney!Spinal twists,, who did PiYo this morning at the gym Oh, what the hell, and I COULD, but only briefly, as in I did it and went right back down instead of holding it like he does but I'm so PLEASED I could do it at all.
