While I have a few minutes, here is what I did this week: Sunday - Prevention's Walk Your Way Slim Monday - Jari Love - Get Ripped Tuesday - Gin 's Intense Moves & some stretches from Yoga Shakti Wed - Prevention 3-2-1 and Belly, Butt & Thighs. Did Le May's Alive in Your Body stretch workout in the PM Thursday - turbo jam cardio party mix # 1 and ab jam(both), PM Yoga workout from Yoga Now kit Friday - Rest Today(Sat) Dance off the inches 15 min. express and shape Toning the no-junk challenge has been helpful. Fell off the wagon on Thursday w/ some graham crackers. Last night was " treat " night and we had ice cream. Ate pretty well the rest of the day, though. Tonight we're going out to dinner with some friends and I'm going to keep it reasonable. And, probably skip dessert. I need to make up for my transgressions earlier in the week. I'll let you know how I do... It is helping though, and I'm finding that I'm slowly breaking the habit - I'll try to tackle another habit for April, LOL! At least I no longer associate being at my desk with peppermint patties, so that is a place to start. Take care everyone! My week - SUN Taebo Bootcamp 2 MON Taebo Basic 5 and turbo Jam Ab Jam TUES Taebo Bootcamp 2 WED Jari Love Get Ripped THURS Taebo Ultimate Abs FRI JL Get Ripped SAT Taebo Advanced Live 5 This week I plan on Get Ripped on Mon/Fri and am not sure yet about the other days - I know there'll be some Taebo there, there always is! lol!
