Guest guest
I like the old fashioned ones like we had in elementary school. You know the ones that are the plastic tubes over the rope. But that is just because of the nostalgia factor. Just make sure they are long enough, but not too long, and spin well. Some of the cheaper ones get twisted when you use them because the handles don't spin well on the rope. Tonya Tonya / jump rope?? What is a good kind of jump rope to get Tonya? There seem to be way too many out there to choose from. Thanks!Darcy

Guest guest
I've heard of these and it reminds me of the guy who sold the emperor his new outfit in "The Emperor's New Clothes." LOL Besides, I think you need the rope so you can't cheat and so you HAVE to jump. I got mine at Wal-Mart, I think it was, and it was just in the exercise equipment section. Re: Tonya / jump rope?? Guest guest
hehe...but then you can't impress your kids by doing the criss cross moves! LOL My daughter is still trying to do that one. Finally something that she doesn't do better then me! When it comes to flexibility, jumps, cardio, forget it, she is the queen of perfectville! Straight legged, she can touch her nose to her knees, but she can't criss cross a jump rope yet. I'm sure if she practiced she would have it better then I can though. Re: Tonya / jump rope??
