Hi

Two questions....first about sprouts.

1. I have been sprouting off and on for a few years now. I use the wonderful

Bioset sprouter from ny's Seeds. The last couple batches, I have had very

slow sprouting, and it is not perky or healthy looking.

I called them, and they graciously sent new sprout seeds to replace these, but I

think it is something else. I have washed out the dishes with soap and water,

but I am wondering if it needs more, like maybe vinegar added. Soap and water

have always done the trick.

Anyone else have problems like that? The seeds have started to sprout this time,

but look very anemic or something, not green and crisp.

2. Second questio...there are only two groups I want to belong to on . This

is one of them. I am getting tons of spam from Arabic groups, with all Arabic

text. Have no idea how to cancel these groups from emailing me. They say

on them. I have looked all over trying to figure out on how to

cancel or block a group, but it is not working. I only use for the two

groups (one is cooking) that I belong to here. Can you lead me to the right

link? I am 66 and not savvy on this site.
