Carolyn - Thursday - More Body Bar workouts!

Thanks, Carolyn! The huge clogged feeling is gone,

but I still can't hear right. GRR. I'm betting it is

somehow connected to allergies/congestion since i had

the same thing happen to me last year. Unfortunately

decongestants make my heart race so I hate to take

them....I may have to break down and see a Dr. Ugh!

I saw that the Body Bar website has the entire set on

VHS for $89, it sounds like a wonderful bargain, but I

can't spend the $$ right now. if we get a contract on

the house this weekend, I just might. The DVD set is

$150 - also not, bad. If we get a really good

contract on the house this weekend I might get that!

LOL!

Hi Donna, I've had so many problems with my

sinuses and getting sinus and ear infections over the

years I know what you mean about problems with

hearing.

Your eustachian tube is probably blocked or under

pressure (as my doctor would say,) you should probably

go back to your doctor and tell him that you still

aren't hearing right.
