Guest guest Posted March 26, 2006 Report Share Posted March 26, 2006 I'm not that organized. In fact, I don't even know where my pedometer is since we quit the steps challenge at work. LOL I don't count calories or know how many I burned during a given workout or anything like that. Just a guess, though, based on when I was wearing one for work, a typical Wal mart trip is a couple of miles of walking, because it's a very big Wal-Mart and my grocery list isn't organized either. I'll find myself clean on the other side of the store from something I meant to get and have to go all the way back. They keep light bulbs in the regular store part but garbage bags are in the grocery part and then I remember I need to get shampoo, which is in the regular store part ... LOL heehee! when i was out walking the other day, i was mad at myself for not putting on my pedometer. as it was i was wearing an mp3 player strapped to my upper arm, with a long cord going from that to my headphones... also had on my heart rate monitor watch with the band around my chest under my shirt. i figured one more device attached to me wouldnt hurt! I need a new one too, the one in my workout room has lines across the screen half the time or more driving me nuts. shopping workout hi all - today i did the shopping workout. running around town for 7 hours... my feet and legs hurt from walking around in my clunky snow boots all day. i did not do a formal workout today because the tv in my workout room died yesterday. that is ok... i only paid $5 for it and i used it for 6 months so, i didnt buy any dvds today (they didnt have any good ones, anyway)... instead i had to buy a tv a new one this time... but just a little guy. cant wait to use it tomorrow morning... today was supposed to be cardio+sculpt day, so i will do that tomorrow instead.:*carolyn.
