Guest guest Posted July 11, 2006 Report Share Posted July 11, 2006 Hi, This evening I did Cardio Kicks. I thought it would really aggravate my knees, but they hurt just a tad, but not much. I thought for sure they were going to really start aching with all the high impact, but I was happy I was able to complete the workout pretty much pain free. My hamstrings are sore from Janis Saffell's workout the other day which surprises me because I didn't think I'd be sore at all from that.
