Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I'm sooo bummed, i did something to my back last night - it is really sore and stiff - I'm not sure what I did or when! I woke up early to exercise but then took two advil, a heating pad, and went back to bed for 2 hours. I wish I knew when I hurt it or what I did. I was fine after my workout yesterday and all day - it started in the evening - I wish I could figure it out and more importantly, I hope it feels better soon. I'm thinking of seeing a chiroprator. It feels like my hips are totally out of alignment - and that if it could just be put back in place I'd be fine. I'm wondering if hurt it when I was emptying DD's wading pool? You would think if anything my back would have gone out with all the moving, not something silly like that. Anyway, I hope to have a workout to report tomorrow - it is a bummer to be sidelined after only one day of working out again. Take care. Oh, and keep your fingers crossed for me, the buyer on my home is being totally unreasonable and asking that we fix things that she should have mentioned/noticed before. What a headache. this has got to be one of the worst selling experiences I've ever had. Her home inspection contingency is passed, and legally, she has no leg to stand on, but I'm so eager to settle and put this behind me that I'm willing to do almost anything within reason to make this work. I've decided that she just isn't very nice or reasonable. Take care everyone, Donna __________________________________________________

I've done this to my shoulder so many times. Just take it really easy until it starts to feel better. Good luck on the house thing, that can be a real big headache. I hope you can resolve the problems and get your house sold.
