Guest guest Posted June 12, 2006 Report Share Posted June 12, 2006 Hi, This morning I did Quick Fix Power Yoga (2nd 10 min workout) then did Gym Style back and Muscle Max back and for abs I went with Hi/Lo To The Max abs and stretch.
