Do you plan on mixing the upper body and step combo's for a circuit type workout or the step and then doing the upper body? Have a nice weekend. Guest guest
maybe you could record the entire workout and making it with combo 1 from step blast and then an upper body segment and so on... I've copied workouts before and made them how I wanted them. ~~
Guest guest
Hmm... I was thinking of doing step first and then upper body separately, but I like your idea!! It would be hard to do since I only have a single DVD player. Maybe I can do that combo by doing the other upper body sections on the Timesaver DVD....thanks for the idea!
