I know sometimes their service is slow, and some have reported having their CC info stolen from the site - but I've ordered from them numerous times and the product has always shown up and i've never had a problem w/ my CC info beign stolen. I change my " account " setting to " bill me later " though to be on the safe side - this way my CC info isnt just sitting out there. I also use my Discover card which allows me to generate a one-time-use card number - so even if it got stolen it wouldn't be good for anything!
