Found a good blog that provides links (with photos!) for many types of

sprouted breads. http://kochtopf.twoday.net/stories/5034649/

I was really inspired, so I have speltz sprouting right now. Will

bake a few loaves tomorrow. Unlike Ezekiel bread, most of these

recipes use flour and yeast. Of course, you can change the flour type

if you have wheat allergies.
