I did Kathy's Functionally Fit Peak Fat Burning as my interval style cardio workout today. B/c it is short, I added on 10 Min. Solution Carb Burner Kickbox segment and then I did 10 Min Solution Yoga - Abs & Relaxation Segments. Tomorrow is a strength day, but I think I'll do something non-traditional - maybe Hard Body Yoga or Rodney Yee's Yoga Burn (from the kit w/ the gloves). Sunday will likely be a day off since we're travelling for the weekend. Monday will be cardio, likely a step workout w/ Gin (who I think will be my " theme " for the upcoming week!) I did fairly well yesterday on the eating -I got into the peppermint patties again at work (4 mini's probably equals one big one...), but that was my only indiscretion (I did have a skinny cow ice cream, they're only 140 calories and I stuck to only one this time...). Today I've done well mostly b/c I've been on the run all day - gym class w/ DD and then a " Play Date " at a friend's house (I took the day off from work to have an extra long weekend). I scarfed down a banana and a Luna Bar in between events. Anyway, I'm going to go to no-mail for the rest of the weekend. I may read on the web if I get the chance. But with travelling and my lap top in for repairs it will be hard for me to check in and I'll get all stressed out about the mail piling up. See you guys on Monday or Tuesday!! Take care!
