hi kathy - yup, this is the workout that trashed my back.... next

time im going to have to skip some of those deadlifts or drop the

weights, or ...something! there are just too many deadlifts in

there for me. i luv janis though and this is a very good workout...

i just need to modify it a bit to suit me. im glad that you liked

the workout, overall. i agree that it is a keeper.

if you enjoy pilates, especially while using a band, then you might

like her 'brand new butt plus pilates'.

I am lucky my back is just fine so far. My butt is another story! Just what I need for further enablement - I might have to go to Ross today and look for that workout!
