Actually it doesn't surprise me that bowling is dangerous. So much weight is placed on one side of your body. It makes my back hurt just thinking about trying to carry a bowling ball in one hand. I hope you feel better soon. Elena >

Guest guest
Hi - Yes, thanks, my knee is better - it took several days though!! It happened last Monday and I did not get to work out till Thursday (ugh). And I did the workout out of sheer stubbornness because I was not going to allow my dumb injury to get in the way anymore. My knee was sore afterwards, but it hasn't hurt since!!! About Willie's, I haven't checked that list since about 7 pm, so I will check one last time before I go to bed. Glad your leg didn't bother you!!! Maybe we both just put mind over matter!!! lol --G " *mary* " <mmgrave-@...> wrote: original article:tae-bo_on/?start=15119 > LOL ..Is your knee better now? Guest guest
Barb - I could have used a little of your wisdom last week - maybe I wouldn't have lost 3 days of working out! I will have to remember to come to the list about such issues - someone here always has an answer or a great suggestion! --G horsemom-@... wrote: > ah > the power of endorphins > > Barb > who always works-out even when injured though more carefully cuz the injury > usually feels better once I get moving and seems to heal faster
Guest guest
I did take it easy on any left kicks that I did...but my right side was OK and I could still go full tilt with that side. Of course we did not go double time with any of the kicks, only did double time with the punches. > ah > the power of endorphins > > Barb > who always works-out even when injured though more carefully cuz the injury > usually feels better once I get moving and seems to heal faster

Guest guest
You are so sweet Carolyn. Thank you. I have to workout doing something or my motivation will drop and um 50 lbs later..LOL... Anyway, I THINK it may be getting better. I don't seem to be favoring it as much. I bought some arnica rub to put on it. Today, I did Tae-Bo after muscle endurance (upper body), and just modfied a lot It felt great. I didn't jump at all basicaly I just did upper body moves... Oh what an addiction........ How are you doing? Feeling anymore positive yet??? Take all the time you need to, to recover and feel up to your normal self again.HUGS..DarcyOn 3/17/06, Carolyn or Visser <pvisser@...> wrote: im so sorry to hear that darcy and jen are injured! that sucks :(congrats on still working out though, that is commendable!:*carolyn.
