Guest guest Posted June 15, 2006 Report Share Posted June 15, 2006 good afternoon, yesterday i took the day off. not even yoga, but i wanted to do yoga, just couldn't get it in with viola off the wall. with the weather so nasty the pool was closed and she just did not know what to do with herself inthe house. anyway this morning i rocked it strong. i did CIA 2202 Franny Benedetto's All out Hi/Lo workout. I LOVE this workout even those the cueing in this series isn't the great, IMO. the first half all typical combos moves and the second half hi/lo combos with some kickboxing flava in there. great workout and franny is so encouraging and fun to work with. before lunch i had finished some work with viola(we still do mini school sessions during the day so she doesn't lose all that she has learned) i did core max's balanced core premix. i really like these premixes but wished a little more lower back work was there. i mean that is the core too. after core max i did open and strong heart from yoga complete for everybody. this afternoon workout came to 47mins. with the yoga workout i stretched out but also lengthened back muscles. i doubt i will get anymore yoga in tonight but i would like to aim to do a few salutations on my own before bed. it just makes me sleep better. have a great day kassia __________________________________________________ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
