been working out alot but i will just start with this week LOL. upper body is long so i won't post it but its 3 shoulder exercses,2 chest,2 back, one bicep and one tricep. 3 sets of 8-10 reps each with heavy weights and on the last exercise i use drop sets to fatigue the muscles. i just keep dropping the weight and doing as many reps as i can eek out. some sets i can do 6 others just a mere 3 reps but its just to totally exhaust the muscles. min yoga shakti mix straight cardio and pilates tomorrow. i pulled out IMAX2 and karen's abs and back so hopefully that is what i will be able to do. been trying to get cardio done in the mornings now, and with the spring break i have to get it done before viola gets up and interups me. off to bed want to get a good night rest for IMAX2, its been awhile since i did the whole workout and not the premixes. good night all kassia
