Guest guest Posted June 9, 2006 Report Share Posted June 9, 2006 Hi, I woke up this morning feeling pretty refreshed, I got a nice good sleep last night (didn't even have to get up in the night to go to the bathroom) My legs still feel a little tight and my calves are a little sore so I decided to still skip the lower body I had planned. I got up early and did The Firm Time Crunch. The last time I done this workout was back in February so it's a been a little while. It was just what I needed. I wore my HRM and burned 263 calories. I worked up a really good sweat. There is a lot of shoulder work in this one and the cardio on the box really got me going with the 5lbs. I hope you all have a nice weekend planned.
