The workouts that always seem to lift my spirits during these times are indeed: - bellydancing (I feel sexy and silly) - t'ai chi (re-energizes, realigns my chi, fills me with self love) - yoga (for inner strength and peace) - any lighter workout that is eccentric somehow. I would most definitely see a doctor about that wrist! And if you can go to a sports medicine doctor that's even better, as they know that working out is important to you and your physical therapy is chosen in light of these goals. , who wanted to try her new Guillermo Gomez dvd, but could not figure out how to get her folks dvd to show on the tv screen, as they have FIVE remotes!!!
