Guest guest
Hi Darcy!!! Thanks for understanding, that is what makes this list so nice! :> I think I'm better off working out in the morning, even with interruptions and Clifford on the DVD player in the same room as me. I know that if I don't workout in the morning, I will struggle to get it done later and that will just make me grumpy all day long. Plus, if I skip a workout and my DD doesn't get up early I'll kick myself for skipping The 9 p.m. time will just be too hard for me to stick with mentally. And, I agree, if I get most of it done in the morning and just have some add-ons to do I can squeeze those in later in the day. Take care!
