Guest guest Posted April 26, 2006 Report Share Posted April 26, 2006 good evening. all cardio today, started with the low intensity cardio of denise austin's personal trainer. just enough to get myself going b/c i so didn't want to do it today.afterwards i did a 35 min. run and then did the stretch segment of the same dvd. i am leaving early tomorrow for the field trip so i am not sure if i will get a workout in or not but if i do it will most likely be yoga. i didn't do any today, just relaxing a bit b/c i know there will be alot of walking tomorrow. i am not sure how many kids are going but i believe its all the first grade classes so EEEKKK!!!! i just made sandwiches tomorrow. ham and low fat swiss, so i get some good protien and fiber with the whole grain bread. packed some apples,carrots, and peanuts for snacks and two big bottles of water. oh can't forget the bag of sweet potatoe chips for my treat. have a good night kassia Blab-away for as little as 1¢/min.
