By the time I got to the last set which I was only at 5lb dumb bells by this point, was that my legs were shaking so much. And here I had GS Legs ready to go after this lol yeah right. ~~
Guest guest
I'm getting over a migraine today so I did Suzanne Deason's Pilates for Weight Loss -- it's mostly lying or sitting down, though it really works the core. But it doesn't make my heart speed up and you really don't want anything even in the neighborhood of cardio with a migraine that's not sure it's over. I like this workout, and she's really good at giving verbal cues so you don't have to look at the TV all the time, but once you've been through it a few times it does get a little slow when she's spending so much time describing what to do. The first few times, you need that, but it's too bad the DVD doesn't include a version without so much description, too.

Guest guest
Yes! I have a 15 year old that gets annoyed at me because I work out in the living room and in order for his friends to get to his room they have to duck and cover to get by me doing tae bo...lol. If he acts up in front of his friends they say " watch out Tony your mom could kick your butt. As far as the walking videos go do you get exercise TV? Because they have a whole section on that (can't think of last name) but she does all those walking video's. Her jogging one is very good.
