I wasn't really " in the mood " so that probably didn't help much. It just didn't seem to flow the best. However, I did like the sound affects w/ Chalenes punches The workout is 30 minutes long and consists of four turbos. She reviews the turbos one time and then pushes them into high gear. It ended w/ an extra long cool down as well which I didn't feel was necesary. I dunno.. Maybe I will feel differently next time I give it a try. Oh, and I only burned 266 calories. A very small amount for me. Afterwards, I did Slow and Heavy Biceps & triceps. That didn't fit the bill either.LOL..
