Thursday's workout - Gilad

Today I did Gilad's Interval Training. I really like Gilad and this workout was challenging but easy to follow. It starts with a 7 minute warm-up, followed by a 17 minute cardio interval segment with jumping jacks, jumping rope, boxing, kicking, etc. Then he does a 13 minute weighted circuit of 3 circuits. Then 3 circuits of floor work - situps, push ups and back work. Then 7 minutes of stretching. This workout was originally created for men, but women who are intermediate exercises or higher shouldn't have any problems.
