Guest guest Posted January 26, 2006 Report Share Posted January 26, 2006 Today I did Gilad's Interval Training. I really like Gilad and this workout was challenging but easy to follow. It starts with a 7 minute warm-up, followed by a 17 minute cardio interval segment with jumping jacks, jumping rope, boxing, kicking, etc. Then he does a 13 minute weighted circuit of 3 circuits. Then 3 circuits of floor work - situps, push ups and back work. Then 7 minutes of stretching. This workout was originally created for men, but women who are intermediate exercises or higher shouldn't have any problems. Kathy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
