Guest guest
Hi Kassia, That is a tough call! The original FIRM Classics are just that - classic! They were really cutting edge for their time, but there are some things that are a bit outdated in them - running w/ weights, lightening speed floor work, etc. Some of the " newer " old FIRMs (from the '90's) are excellent and well designed - for example - Firm Strength/Firm Cardio, Total Body Shaping Mix, etc. That said, I think you can't go wrong w/ the FitPrime/Kickbutts, they do put a unique twist on standard moves, even standard " FIRM " moves. They aren't as hard as some of the older FIRMs - but they are " sneaky " in that they work you without you realizing that you're being worked. The production quality is excellent, too. Although, the set is a bit over the top w/ the flaming statues. I'm not sure that that helped at all!! Which specific older FIRMs are you looking at and maybe I can help more with comparing/contrasting..
