I don't know if this is good or bad. Good, I assume. LOL But I did Yoga Burn for the second time tonight and it was easier. Not a lot easier. In fact, my arms and legs are actually trembling. But I kept up better and I did almost everything he did, though of course not as well. I did have to bow out of the third upward bow; my legs had HAD it by that one. I hope this means I am in better condition than I realize, that a new and difficult workout becomes doable by the second time and I feel pleasantly tired instead of half-dead.
