I picked up Beverly Hills yoga at Ross, so I'm sure

you'll find it there eventually.

As for YBB Live/YBB original - I don't think you need

to have done one set to get the hang of the other.

They're all just different. I was surprised that I

was able to follow along w/ some of the choreo in the

YBB Lives - they do take it from the top quite a bit

and you just sort of get caught up in it - so even

though it may look hard by just watching it, you'll

probably find that when you do it you'll do better

than you thought. At least that was my experience!

Who stopped at Ross today and picked up a

LeMay stretch workout....I've been interested in them

for some time and this one was $5 or $6.. I almost

bough a Ropesport DVD, thinking I could use it when I

get a rebounder...but I didn't.
