THe yogurt isn't bad, but it is 170calories

I have yogurt everyday afternoon and I'm wondering if that isn't what is making me more hungry before dinner. I do pretty good up until I start fixing dinner, then I feel like I can't get enough to eat.

Speaking of yogurt, anyone tried the Dannon Light & Fit? It has 60 calories and it's pretty good. I put a tbsp. of protein powder and a little mini box of raisins in it.

Well, since you're 'fessing to the crackers, I'll

'fess that I had pizza for dinner - but I figure that

it was my dinner and I did keep the portion somewhat

reasonable. And, although I did want some ice cream

or some of my DD's fruit yogurt for dessert I didn't

have any. THe yogurt isn't bad, but it is 170

calories, which I didn't need on top of the pizza.

Also no beer or soft drinks w/ the pizza....

I guess we need to congratulate ourselves on the

steps!

Take care,

Donna

good for you! that is just fine. we all have our own definitions

of what junk food is. honestly i dont think that pizza is junk

food, as long as we keep the portions correct. i put pineapple on

my pizza and count it as a fruit serving! LOL

you resisted the ice cream and the sugary yogurt and beer and pop!!!

wow, thats fabulous! have your pizza then! way to go!

at least there are no dreaded pushups or lunges or burpees in our

future today...heh heh. cheers to a fabulous day 2 today!

that is a good idea michelle!! we dont have that brand at the store

i shop at, but i really like dannone silhoutte whipped yogurt in

orange flavour. it has only 66 cals. i like another one of those

whipped yogurts too... yoplait delicieux mousse which comes in a bit

bigger single serving container for 80 cals.

I'm trying to join all of you in the challenge. Tuesday was Fat Tuesday here in Michigan anyway and I had some paczkis but I won't admit how many...shame on me! But that was BEFORE the challenge so hopefully I will stay junk food free throughout this month. Wednesday I didn't have any junk food and I exercised but I will post that later.
