Guest guest
Hi, I have Gilad's 30 minute / 60 minute Low Impact DVD, it's wonderful. Does he have another low impact DVD out there? I can't find anything. I really like the way he stays in one place and doesn't move around so much. Thanks. Kim

Do any of you remember > those? gotta luv that gilad! hmmmm, i can actually feel a gilad rotation coming on! an awesome fitness friend recorded some episodes of BiM and Total Body Sculpt from fit-tv for me i also have his Quick Fit System, along with his old Arms of Steel and Legs of Steel. also his Step workout and a Best of BiM compilation workout (the one where gilad pretends to pilot the glider plane between segments, and he speaks while looking back, over his shoulder, to the camera and doesnt fake watching where he is going...LOL). hmmmm, could be more in my library, but i would have to look them up. gilad keeps saying that he is putting out new workouts on dvd but i havent actually heard of their release yet :*carolyn. Guest guest
Hi! Deep Discount DVD does have them, I plan to get them in December when they have their 20% off everything sale! I think they might be available in early November at DDD and the price isn't bad. I am already thinking that for January I'd do a rotation of these three workouts along with cardio.. aren't I awful? I would get them in November as a b'day present to me, but I think i want to see if I can talk DH into " getting me " (in other words, not complaining if I buy them!) the TLTs. I really shouldn't get ANYTHING since I had that huge Walmart splurge a few weeks ago and pretty much bought everything they had - w/ the exception of 10 Min. Solution Dance which I'm still sorta thinking about - even though it sounds like the Prevention Workout I already have. What is wrong with me! LOL! Take care, Donna --- Festival City Concrete <pvisser@...> wrote: > fitgrl222@... wrote: > > I really want to get his new workouts but want > some reviews of them first. > > me too michelle. well, i know that i will like > them, but i have > quite a few episodes of total body sculpt on tape > and am wondering if > his new workouts on dvd are much different. i have > not seen many > reviews of the new workouts either! > maybe they will show up cheap at DDD or at the > rental place so that > we can try them and see what we think. > btw, gilad is chatting on the internet tomorrow > night... 9pm est... > see his website for details on how to join in > ( www.gilad.tv ) > :*carolyn. > __________________________________________________

Guest guest
i had a big laugh because she said that jack lalanne is IN (what?? isnt he dead? if not then he is, like, 90 years old that's funny. I love Jack L. Yes, he is like 90 something. Do you know he still lifts heavy weights and jogs? Maybe there is something to his juicers lol That doesn't surprise me about B and especially Gilad. It really is a shame about Gilad because he still looks so good. I can still see him doing that high impact on the Hawaiian beach. If only he'd do a couple workouts like those. ROFLMAO! poor gilad. anyway, i have ordered the dvd versions of his 'total body sculpt' show from fit-tv... i think that they are good, quick workouts. (many thanks go to donna again for taping some of these for me!). i plan to do a gilad rotation for a few weeks in december... should be fun for me but i can totally see how gilad's stuff is way too easy for you. :*carolyn. Guest guest
I still like Gilad whether he is "in or out" and not everyone can reach 's level, she should be a body builder or model or something.
