Guest guest
I took Evan in for his telemedicine appointment today and questioned the doctor whether he might also be bipolar like his brother. Unfortunately this doctor knows nothing about rapid cycling bipolar. Evan and cannot be bipolar because they sleep all night. And since Evan does not change his moods every 4-5 days, that is another sign that he is not bipolar. His brothers are probably not bipolar either so I guess I should quit the bipolar lists. Well, then he took a look at me and said, well the other boys dx should be up to their doctor. Nice of him since he has never seen the boys. He did raise Evan's Risperdal to 4 mg a day instead of 3 mg and once the paper work gets to his pediatrician Evan will be taking Tenex also. Hopefully this will help his screaming and serious obsession about taking off. I was wondering how the kids on the list that are on the autism spectrum and also bipolar got their plural dx. I doubt the boys' pdoc knows anymore about autism than Evan's telemedicine doc knows about bipolar.
